The Platinum allocation is a founding twelve-bottle case of our Single Origin Arbequina - the double-gold California monovarietal that began the project. Pre-ordered in advance of release, reserved in your name, and drawn from the first pressing of the inaugural harvest.
Cold-pressed within hours of harvest, unfiltered, unblended, and bottled as pressed. The case is presented and accompanied by the complimentary Verisart Provenance NFT described below.

Every founding twelve-bottle case is accompanied - at no additional cost - by a complimentary Verisart Provenance NFT(MSRP $100), minted on the BASE network and issued in the holder's name. It is the modern equivalent of a numbered ex-libris: a quiet, immutable certificate of authenticity, used strictly as a gating token - not as a tradable asset.
At checkout, your account is automatically tagged as a Platinum Member in Shopify, and the corresponding member discount is applied to every subsequent purchase - without code, request, or reminder. The credential is yours in perpetuity, and the discount with it.
A Note on Method

Most olive oil on the world's shelves is not what its label says it is. Studies by the University of California and the International Olive Council have, year after year, found that the majority of bottles marketed as premium extra virgin fail the standard for it — cut with lesser oils, mislabelled by origin, or aged well past the harvest they claim.
Fine wine answered this, decades ago, with the discipline of cellar tracking: every bottle of consequence carries a documented line from the row it grew on to the table it is poured at. Olive oil, until now, has not. Calveria's response is to apply the same standard, with modern instruments.
Each pre-order case is accompanied by a Verisart Provenance NFT, a certificate of authenticity (COA) minted, at the moment of bottling, on the BASE network. The record captures the estate of origin, the precise harvest date and pressing window, the allocation number of the case, and every change of custody from mill to door. It cannot be amended, antedated, or quietly rewritten.
For the holder, this means a permanent, verifiable certificate that the oil in the case is the oil the house pressed — from the California estate named on the label, in the harvest year stated, with no hand between ours and yours. The COA carries an MSRP of $100 and is used strictly as a gating token: it is the credential, held to your account, that unlocks every Platinum privilege. It is not a tradable asset and is not offered for speculation.
